Welcome to Body Balance Therapeutic Massage! I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011, and have been practicing in the Columbia, MO area since 2013. I specialize in deep tissue as well as prenatal, and have even practiced as a birth doula. My passion is for advocating, educating, and empowering my clients to take ownership of their bodies and pain management through healing touch and creating a safe space. I tend to utilize different methods in each session such as therapeutic tools and aromatherapy. Rather than my clients feeling overwhelmed by what to choose or feeling like they are being “sold”, I have created a Customized Massage option and these extras are available at no extra charge. Every session is unique by allowing us to decide together what will work best within the time frame that the client has chosen when booking. On a personal note, I love what I do and am one of the lucky ones that found her passion through her career and I would love to share that with you! Cancellation Policy
No call/no show appointments are subject to a 50% charge. At Body Balance, I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, so please communicate with me when you need to cancel and we can work together to find a solution.
